Construction Litigation Associate – AmLaw 100 (West Palm Beach)

A nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join its Construction Litigation practice in its West Palm Beach office.

The ideal candidate will have strong complex commercial litigation skills, including experience with case strategy, discovery, legal research and writing, and substantive motion practice. Construction litigation experience is preferred, but the firm will consider strong commercial litigators interested in developing a construction practice. Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong academic credentials, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation Range
