Founding Principal Amanda Brandenburg is the Founder and Managing Director of OpusLex Partners, a boutique legal recruiting and staffing firm dedicated to helping legal organizations and professionals create their best bodies of work.
With more than a decade of experience in legal recruiting and staffing, Amanda has advised law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal professionals nationwide on talent acquisition, career strategy, and workforce planning. Prior to founding OpusLex Partners in 2018, she was a top producer at two of the country's largest legal staffing firms, where she specialized in direct-hire placements, interim staffing solutions, and strategic talent consulting.
Amanda's career began in talent representation within the entertainment industry before she transitioned into legal recruiting, where she discovered a passion for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities. She founded OpusLex Partners to bring a more personalized, relationship-driven approach to legal recruiting—one rooted in trust, market insight, and long-term partnership.
Known for her consultative style, extensive network, and commitment to quality over quantity, Amanda enjoys helping clients build high-performing teams and guiding legal professionals through important career decisions.
Amanda is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She lives in Atlanta with her husband, their three children, and three rescue dogs. Managing Director Jennifer Gotch brings a unique perspective to legal recruiting, having spent nearly a decade inside an AmLaw 200 law firm, where she advanced from Recruiting Assistant to Recruiting Director. This firsthand experience provides her with a deep understanding of law firm operations, attorney recruiting, talent development, and the factors that contribute to long-term success and retention.
After transitioning to agency-side recruiting, Jennifer quickly established herself as a top producer and trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Her deep roots in Atlanta, combined with a strong network throughout the legal community, have enabled her to build lasting relationships with law firms and legal departments across the Southeast and beyond.
As Managing Director at OpusLex Partners, Jennifer is known for her consultative approach, market insight, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. She is passionate about connecting talented legal professionals with meaningful opportunities and helping organizations build high-performing teams. Above all, Jennifer values the relationships she has cultivated throughout her career and considers them the foundation of her success. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and lives in Atlanta with her husband, two children and rescue dogs. Director of Associate Recruiting Rachel Bernstein brings a relationship-focused approach to legal recruiting, shaped by a career dedicated to helping others learn, grow, and achieve their goals. After earning her B.A. from Florida Gulf Coast University, Rachel began her professional career in elementary education, where she developed a passion for mentorship, communication, and guiding individuals through important milestones.
She later transitioned into legal recruiting, where she discovered a natural fit for building meaningful connections and helping professionals navigate career opportunities. Prior to joining OpusLex Partners, Rachel served as a Recruiting Specialist at Jones Day, one of the world's leading law firms, where she gained valuable insight into attorney recruiting, talent development, and the legal hiring process.
As Director of Associate Recruiting at OpusLex Partners, Rachel specializes in identifying and engaging exceptional legal talent while helping attorneys thoughtfully navigate their career paths. Known for her responsiveness, relationship-building skills, and genuine investment in the success of others, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections between talented legal professionals and outstanding organizations.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring new restaurants, cooking, and staying active. She resides in Tampa, Florida.
