Corporate Associate (2-7 years)

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm with a highly regarded Atlanta corporate practice, is seeking a Corporate Associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join its Atlanta team at the firm’s headquarters and primary office.

This is an opportunity for a Big Law-trained associate to continue handling sophisticated transactional work while gaining more ownership, more client contact, and closer partner mentorship in a leaner, more entrepreneurial environment.

The practice advises clients on sophisticated corporate transactions, including fund formation, joint venture transactions, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. The corporate group also works closely with a dedicated tax team, so tax experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Associates play a meaningful role throughout the transaction lifecycle, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting and managing due diligence, coordinating deal processes, and working directly with clients from inception through closing.
