Biography

Jennifer Gotch brings a unique perspective to legal recruiting, having spent nearly a decade inside an AmLaw 200 law firm, where she advanced from Recruiting Assistant to Recruiting Director. This firsthand experience provides her with a deep understanding of law firm operations, attorney recruiting, talent development, and the factors that contribute to long-term success and retention. After transitioning to agency-side recruiting, Jennifer quickly established herself as a top producer and trusted advisor to both clients and candidates. Her deep roots in Atlanta, combined with a strong network throughout the legal community, have enabled her to build lasting relationships with law firms and legal departments across the Southeast and beyond. As Managing Director at OpusLex Partners, Jennifer is known for her consultative approach, market insight, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. She is passionate about connecting talented legal professionals with meaningful opportunities and helping organizations build high-performing teams. Above all, Jennifer values the relationships she has cultivated throughout her career and considers them the foundation of her success.  She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and lives in Atlanta with her husband, two children and rescue dogs.
